So you've got this wonderful Web site package - but how do you use it? I've been operating First Step for over 10 years. Clients love our Web site package, but many of them want some individual strategic coaching to help them use it more effectively. I hear you! That's where the First Step Coaching Program comes in. The purpose of this program is to help you accelerate your use of the Web site package (and other related technology, such as podcasts, blogs and on-line video). This is not about using the technology behind the package. There's plenty of support available for that, in the form of our User Guides, our FAQ Web site, our Help Desk and our paid support options. But how do you know what to do, when to do it, and - importantly - how to make money in your business with it? What's in the program? You can get this as a 90-day (3-month) program or a 6-month program. Both versions include the following components: A one-hour strategic planning session (done by telephone), to determine your goals and objectives for the rest of the program, and set out a plan of action. Two 20-minute telephone coaching sessions every month. MP3 recordings of all sessions, available to download soon after the session is complete. Direct e-mail access to Gihan between sessions to ask questions. Additional one-hour sessions if required at 50% discount on Gihan's current consulting rate (The current rate is $1,200 per session). Special rates on Gihan's workshops and other events. If you have an implementor or support person, invite them to join the telephone sessions. Or send them the MP3 recordings of each session. Other coaching/mentoring options The First Step Coaching program is for First Step clients and members only. If you're not a client/member, or you'd like a different level of coaching or mentoring, find out about Gihan's other consulting programs. When are the coaching sessions scheduled? Coaching sessions are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, on the half-hour from 11.30am to 1.30pm Australian Eastern Time. We will choose a time slot that's mutually convenient, and we will have all our sessions on the same day and time. Your commitment is important! In general, there are no refunds for missed sessions. If you're unable to make a scheduled session and you inform me up to 24 hours in advance, I'll do my best to offer two alternative time slots in the next 7 days. But I can't guarantee that. Of course, we'll both be flexible about holidays, school holidays and other long-term arrangements. What is your investment?
