In addition to your normal Web pages, you can also put other documents
on your Web site - things such as:
- Copies of your PowerPoint presentations for audiences, so they
have them available for reference after a presentation
- Your handouts, so that clients and audiences can print and
distribute their own copies
- Your speaking introduction, room layout, contract and other
information for meeting planners and event organisers
- Excel spreadsheets
- E-books and special reports
Our system makes it easy for you to upload these documents to your Web
site and link to them from your Web pages.
How does the system work?
The administration area of your Web site gives you access to the
document library:
You can group documents into different categories, and also create
sub-folders for further grouping:
To link to a document from a Web page, you highlight the text to
be linked and choose a document from the library.
